Break Out of the Weekly Rut. Reconnect with Your Family. Make Meaningful Memories.

Stop trying to fix your whole week at once. Find the basic rituals that actually hold it together, build them right to prove they work, and avoid the regret and exasperation of an empty life.

What's inside

Five parts. One system that survives contact with a real week.

Each part builds on the one before it, with a clear output, so by the end you're not holding a wish list. You're holding two or three things you've actually tested.

  1. The Audit. Score where you actually stand across 6 domains: mornings, your marriage, your kids, work, health, and evenings. Where you are, but not where you meant to be.

  2. The Values Filter. Separate what you actually value from what you've been doing for an audience. Not every gap is worth closing.

  3. Pick Your Anchors. A hard rule that caps you at 3 rituals, no matter how many domains need attention.

  4. Build The Anchor. Give each one a trigger, a minimum version, and a real version, so it survives a bad day.

  5. The 14-Day Proof. Track it, name who will notice if you miss it, then re-score before you add anything else.

Who it's for

Built for men who are tired of half-showing-up at home.

This isn't a list of everything a good husband and father is supposed to be doing. It's built for the version of that guy who's already tired of trying to do all of it at once and slipping on most of it. Honest, specific, and short enough to finish in one sitting.
